The Challenge
ShakenAI Labs is building a two-pronged business: operating as an AI agency for paying clients, and selling complete agency setups as a product. The website needed to serve both audiences — explaining what the agency does while functioning as the documented proof of the Gold-tier Agency-in-a-Box product.
- 1. Explain the AI agency model to potential clients — not a SaaS, not a freelancer
- 2. Showcase three service tiers with clear features, pricing, and targeting
- 3. Capture qualified leads through a contact form → Honcho memory pipeline
- 4. Document every step as a reusable template for future client engagements
The Approach
Rather than building a demo site, we treated ShakenAI Labs as a real client — running the full Gold-tier engagement pipeline end-to-end. Every document, task, and handoff was recorded so future clients receive the exact same process.
Agent Team
PM Agent
Scoped the entire engagement — wrote the intake brief, task breakdown, and handoff protocols. Every deliverable in the site traces back to the pm-scope.md document.
Web Developer
Scaffolded the Astro + Tailwind project and built all 5 pages with responsive design, dark theme, and Tailwind utility classes. Self-validated against W3C and Lighthouse.
Cloudflare Manager
Configured shakenai.work DNS, created the Pages project, and deployed the site with full HTTPS and SSL. Connected the contact form pipeline to the n8n webhook endpoint.
DevOps
Ran health checks on all routes, verified 200 responses across every page, and executed Lighthouse audits targeting 90+ Performance and 100 Accessibility.
